Nathan charges us $1500 to install a wireless module on our boiler well over a year ago. He has not installed it and will not return our phone calls, emails or texts. Very dishonest business dealings. Do not do business with this company
Nathan was about as transparent and knowledgeable as they come. Our boiler finally gave out and he helped us understand what our next steps were to be most effective with an investment into a new one.
He came and installed a new pressure control valve. It began making a groaning noise when water turned on. I have tried a dozen times or more to reach them, but they don’t answer the phone nor return calls. Now I’m having to pay someone else to replace the defective part that was installed. Look elsewhere!!!

Had Marshall's Plumbing install a Nuvo water system in our home during the winter. Nathan and his son were extremely professional and provided a quality product installation. The Nuvo System (recommended by Nathan) has meet all of our expectations and then some. Nathan also did a little impromptu boiler work for us while he was on site. Cost and pricing where what he said it was. Extremely happy with the work done.
