Our experience with Marshall's was dismal! ** have an underground heat pump system called a GeoThermal system. It was installed 20 years ago when we purchased our home. In November of 2022 the system quit working. ** contacted the original installer and found that he had retired to ******* but he did recommend Marshall's. ** contacted them and set up appt for Nov. 17th. My experience with Marshall's was nothing short of horrible. We paid Marshall's to install a new furnace, add an air conditioning unit, and move our water heater. The plumber they contracted completely screwed up our pipes when moving the hot water heater leaving us unable to get more than a trickle of hot water for 4 days. They installed the ** Unit, but then completely forgot to run power to it. We discovered this months later when it was 100 degrees out.
