I do not think there is a better service oriented company on the island. The company re-prioritized customer calls because my heater wasn’t functioning and heating my house. It was determined that I had a pretty major restoration needed and the unit was undersized to begin with so it was determined that putting in a new unit was necessary. Marshalls Technicians came out two or three times to make sure everything would work the way it was needed to lower inconvenience to me and get the unit installed as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service. Very responsive. They show up when they say they will. I left a message on a Saturday and got a call back the same day. They had someone at my house Monday morning and identified an easy fix.
Greg did a great job. They showed up when they said,came in and got the job done, clean and fast. Best part is he was 13000.00$ less than my other quote.
