Trevor managed to fit me in very quickly to diagnose multiple issues I was experiencing and provided a full service. He reliably kept in touch throughout the day and provided quotes before beginning any work. Would definitely recommend!
Trevor worked on my MQ Triton that had come in for some black smoke and general servicing. At all times he was professional and kept me up to date as he went through the issues he was rectifying, he was transparent about the process and made some solid recommendations for getting the vehicle good to go. Additionally he did a safety certificate up on request after completing a few final checks. Pricing was excellent and I look forward to bringing my Ute back here - would highly recommend to anyone for diesel servicing.
Very Disappointing Experience – Seek a Second Opinion I took my LandCruiser to this workshop after it began blowing smoke. After inspection, they claimed there was water in the fuel and diagnosed it as a major engine issue — saying I needed a full engine replacement and new injectors due to a cracked cylinder or failed rings. ⚠️ Very bad experience – avoid this garage. Like so many people we've read the reviews before coming but we've decided to trust this garage because it's supposed to be specialized in diesel engine : that was a mistake. We brought our van for a simple starting issue. After diagnosing two injectors needed to be replaced, the mechanic burnt out the starter, then claimed the flywheel also needed replacing.
