How does a university let an A+ student leave after being sexually assaulted? The convicted student still to roam the halls, dorms! How do you (Marshall) let alumni change the conviction? Watch your girls parents because if it happens to your daughter by him she'll be dismissed also!
I would be embarrassed if I went to a school that allowed a subject (he can't be called a man) who was indicted on 2nd degree sexual assault to roam around campus as if it never happened. Marshall University is failing its students by not protecting sexual assault victims. It is not okay. How are victims supposed to feel comfortable reporting the crime if the school just backtracks on its decision when the defendant's dad is a Marshall University Legacy.
