Dishonest sales person. Poor construction quality. Drainage issues.
Unfortunately I hate leaving a bad review on any business. We were impressed with model and the staff leading up to our purchase. As soon as you sign and they turn it over, any and all promises to fix or correct things that were not done in construction, they do not warranty like they said they would and that is even written in your walk through. You have to do everything online and they just say no, not under warranty even if its something they did and have not completed they say your out of luck. Very frustrating. I have n... read more
