None of the promises ever delivered. charged me full for an engineer's report with a promise they will deliver the job. Once I paid they never responded to my calls and emails. Tried to get other builder's but they advised the engineer's report was incomplete and potentially incorrect. Also Most good reviews that you see are from their family members.

Amazing! Requested a consultation and quote from Darren. Although he was really busy with and juggling other jobs, he was approachable and friendly and had what we need within 3-4 days. Efficient, knowledgable and easy to work with. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Darrren and Marshall Renovations. Thank you.
Sadly I can not tell you if Darren is a good builder because he never turned up to a consultation appointment I had arranged with him. I personally had to close my business hours earlier then usual time for this prearranged meeting. There was no call to confirm or cancel our appointment, I called him 15 minutes after the arranged time to get a mouthful of apologies for not showing up.
