I recently ended a year-long lease and felt it necessary to share my experience with the property management and maintenance services, which were unfortunately lacking. Denise Mitchell was a terrific rental agent as always.
Recently I rented a townhouse and before moving in I did a walkthrough. and there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. I contacted management and was referred to the maintenance manager Tasos Spathos who was very polite and gracious, he addressed these minor issues on a timely matter and fixed the issues at hand , i give him a 5 star 🌟 rating.
