If you want to sign a lease for a rental property that should an issue arise, property management is more interested in playing bureaucratic games instead of coordinating repairs and resolving the issue in a timely manner, this is the place for you. Weeks without AC in summer heat is unacceptable, but of course they don't care as rent still gets paid. Look elsewhere as a renter.
Marshall Reddick has been fantastic. Wade, Michelle, and Tyler have been amazing. Service is stellar. Communication is top tier. This group and company is locked in!
If I could leave a zero star review I would! We rented a home from Marshall Reddick for a year. AWFUL! The day I got the keys to move in, I walked into the house and it was nasty! Paint everywhere , dirt everywhere, and bathtub was nasty! First week living there we had to replace the screws to the kitchen cabinets because they put screws that were too small for the doors! Since we were PCS we didn’t have time to tour the home before moving in because if we had we would have NOT signed a lease! The house needs a lot of work d... read more
