Me and my wife were excited to move in, but our whole experience with Marshall Reddick has been extremely frustrating. Right away we were told there was no alarm system in the house, yet the alarm went off the first time we entered. We were never given a security code or told that the house code doubled as the alarm code, so I had to guess while the siren was blasting that police were about to be alerted. If you're someone who needs to rent a house or apartment, stay away from Marshall. I rented an apartment, but they didn't return my deposit and overcharged me for the move-out report, so I ended up paying more. If you don't want to have a headache, don't rent with this agency.
Zero stars. Negative stars. If I could list all the issues it would be too long for this review. When I speak to 300 people a day in my job, I will not recommend to any. For the same price, rent a home from an individual.
