Update - been 3 weeks and nobody has come to seal any part of the home and will NOT let me out of my lease even though it’s a health risk. They also knew about the issue before my move in and did not make the necessary fixes to prevent this before allowing a tenant to move in. Can no longer live in the unit due to the mice being in my bed. They are breaking the law and will be held accountable. This company allows renters to move into units that already have a mice infestation. Once the issue is reported, they claim it’s the tenant’s responsibility, yet they refuse to address their part — sealing the holes caused by poor construction that are allowing the rodents to enter. I’m extremely disappointed in how this situation has been mishandled and the lack of accountability for providing safe and habitable living conditions.
Really disappointing and unprofessional experience. Water leaked in the garage, the A/C leaked for days, and the gutters hung broken for a month until the HOA complained. Then they tried to charge us for damages that were there before we even moved in.

UPDATE: 10/17/25 I spoke to Melissa today from Marshall Reddick. She was ready to hear me out and I feel good that things will be different moving forward. I am happy they took the time to listen to my feedback and work with us to help us feel comfortable in our home.
