We rented a property from Marshall Reddick for 3 years and they were the worst property management I have dealt with. They use the worst vendors who do cheap repairs, they close out maintenance request without repairing the issues, then charged us for repairs to at were never made. The appliances they freplaced once broken were cheap and would inevitably break again (they installed a $35 garbage disposal that failed after a coupled of days and charged us $400 for without approval) They blame their vendors for overcharging bu... read more
Money hungry company!!! They took from my security deposit and I wasn’t even done renting with them. Of course they find ways to “justify” their unreasonable charges! When you try to “dispute” the charges through them. They will deny it and try to make their reasoning valid. DO NOT RENT OR TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PROPERTY OR RENTING!
Jennyfer is great to work with! She is very responsive, polite and has the tenants best interest in mind. Thanks for your help Jennyfer, it made renewing my townhome a no brainer.
The team at MR is beyond exceptional in the services they provide. As a landlord, I feel comfortable knowing they are ensuring my tenants are taken care of and my property is maintained. They even found me a tenant in a matter of hours after a quick break in the lease during the slow time of the year for rentals. Highly recommend the team at MR.
