Miller Realty group has been very helpful in getting me into an apartment when a series of events beyond my control left me without a place to move into upon returning from a leave of absence in Texas. Anything you want fix, put it on your yearly calendar, they are terrible and the secretary must be new or just don't care. Don't deal with them.
It's a headache renting from these people. They want your rent money but don't want to invest anything into fixing up these houses.
If you are a renter, Run Away, Run Away, if you are renting out to someone, they have pitbulls that work for you – I honestly don't know much about the company. However I dealt with one of their Agents, Bonnie Shefeld (sp), and she repeatedly lied and backstabbed. Appearantly she isn't Actually the manager of the unit she was supposedly managing.
