Zero stars if it were possible. I've rarely dealt with a company this difficult to work with. From the start, scheduling was a nightmare, taking far longer than it should have just to get an initial appointment on the books. Once I did, communication was cold and unhelpful, and it only went downhill from there. Within the first 30 days, I was unhappy enough to cancel. This is how my yard looks now . It was beautiful when they started lawn service . Chinch bugs got hold of lawn. Notified Marshall had excuses why they could not come out. Chinch bugs destroy the lawn quickly. You did not set up a service call. You were suppose to come out on Wednesday I contacted you on the Sunday prior. Wednesday came you had no one to do the service call and I asked when can you send some one. You could not give me an answer. We had the lawn service. When they were hired our yard was all new sod. I noticed that there were brown patches showing up. It was chinch bugs. I left a message on a Sunday. Monday received email that someone could come out on Wednesday unless a sick call. I called them that day to verify .Said no one was coming out they were sick call and could not tell me when someone would. Marshall Pest Control has been fertilizing and treating my lawn for the past nine years. Before them I tried a couple of the larger franchised lawn care companies without consistent results. Marshall has maintained my lawn to a lush green throughout the year, and pays special attention to any problem areas. My neighbors on both sides have switched to Marshall because of the way my lawn looks, and there have been numerous walkers in the evening who compliment the lawn as they walk by.
