Not a good place to move in because she think she has the power to charge tenant addition l. Even when you leave the plance and you hav left the place clean, you won't get your deposit in full.
I know they were just going strictly by the book but sometimes you just got to give someone a chance. Even if someone doesn't look the greatest on paper, it doesn't mean they're a risk, it could mean at one point, in their past, they tell on hard times and couldn't make ends meet but now are building a base and you would have been the solid foundation they needed. Sometimes you need to look past the numbers and take a look at the person before you. It's not always clear cut, black and white.

Yet, you don't seem to care as you run people out of their lanes because you have not realized how to properly use blinkers while towing. Fail!
