I have super bad anxiety so I knew I was gonna cry. I messaged them and asked some questions and they told me to schedule a free consultation. Best personal customer service. I had an emergency and was leaving town. The office was closed but two employees and Dr Marshall came to the office to take care of things before I left. Very few businesses would be willing to do that on their day off. I was so grateful and impressed. They were so nice about it. 😊
Llevo approx. 1 año y medio de tratamiento con Dr. Marshall y el se ha caracterizado por ser muy profesional, muy puntual, y muy preocupado, se toma el tiempo de preguntar sobre mi día a día. El también habla en español y muy bien! Siempre que necesito ayuda con mis frenillos ellos han sido capaces de hacer un cupo para verme. Todo el staff es muy profesional y dispuesto a ayudar. Lo recomiendo 100%!
I moved from another state last year, and still had half my treatment left. I was thrilled that Dr. Marshall could take me on and finish my treatment well. The staff is professional and so kind. Now, we are thinking about my eldest daughter getting her braces on. We know where to go when that time is right for us--Dr. Marshall's!:)
Dr. Marshall is awesome! My 8 year old daughter was so nervous to get her braces on, but Dr. Marshall took extra time to to make her confident that everything would be fine. He went over it all step by step. The staff is super friendly and professional too! So grateful to have such a great orthodontists here in town!!

They are very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. My son had a screw come off his Herbst appliance and they got him in right away in the morning. Dr Marshall is great with kids and patient and helps us to understand what he's doing.
