Do not buy from them, money hungry, disrespectful lying salesmen, briggs got the sale they helped us and went way beyond. You all need to learn how to take care of your customers shopping for a car better instead of begging for loads of money down we didn't even need to put down. Preying on disabled is not okay! Do not go to this dealership!
So far every time I have had my car serviced here, it’s been a great experience. The gentlemen in the back (Erik and Shawn) always greet me with a smile and help me get the best service possible. I went in to schedule an oil change today, and Shawn got me in right away (I was not expecting that!) My friend and I walked around the lot, while the oil was getting changed and saw some great cars! This is my third time coming here and the experience keeps going downhill. The first time was alright staff were friendly and checking on the ones waiting. I came in for simple oil change it took about an hour. No complaints. The second time I went for another oil change. While I was waiting I was asked if I wanted to replace things that, in my opinion don’t need replacing. Had them do a oil change and fuel filter. They was able to do it spur of the moment and recorded it for me which was cool
