Came for regularly scheduled maintenance. Appointment was easy to get. They got me in and out quickly.
Went in for a free oil change and I received great service. Sales manager was great, he gave me the greeting of the day, and also ask me did I want a bottle water? Great communication skills for the sales manager. WOOT WOOT!! The service writer in the shop was fast and he also had great communication skills. Leroy the mechanic that did my oil change, he was fast and he did an exceptional job on my oil change and on my oil filter change. 100/100 today for Marshall Motors. WOOT WOOT
Mason and Jace were both amazing. It was the easiest experience I've had a a dealership and would highly recommend giving them a chance. Ask for Mason!!
Do not buy from them, money hungry, disrespectful lying salesmen, briggs got the sale they helped us and went way beyond. You all need to learn how to take care of your customers shopping for a car better instead of begging for loads of money down we didn't even need to put down. Preying on disabled is not okay! Do not go to this dealership!
So far every time I have had my car serviced here, it’s been a great experience. The gentlemen in the back (Erik and Shawn) always greet me with a smile and help me get the best service possible. I went in to schedule an oil change today, and Shawn got me in right away (I was not expecting that!) My friend and I walked around the lot, while the oil was getting changed and saw some great cars!
