the waiting time seems to be exaggerated but the service once you get to a room is top notch
My uncle has been having chest pains all week. Went to Marshall south. they told him was panic attacks and to calm down and stop yelling. but he was in so much pain. We then took him to Riverview in Gadsden. He had a heart attack. Never again will me or any of my family go back again. What a joke !

My family has used your hospital and been taken care of very well. My daughter is in your ER as we speak with sever stomach pains...she is diabetic...within minutes of arrival she has had a CT scan and and IV. I trust in your care.
On August 13 I brought my daughter into the ED due to a gut feeling that something was wrong with her. The entire ED staff was great with me and my daughter. They immediately realized her blood sugar was extremely high and after bloodwork realized she was in Diabetic Ketoacidosis. Everyone from the desk clerk, the Nurse Practioner, the nurses, and the doctor was so willing to talk with me and explain to me what was going on and what needed to be done. They torcherd me during surgery gave me the wrong drug and for 30 minutes I was screaming.and after they told me oh I can't see that we did anything wrong
