Over the past 3 years I've been a patient 3 times and each time received outstanding care. My Mom was admitted a week after I was discharged in Oct and received excellent care. However this last admission for my Mom was less than stellar. She had a temporary paralysis and confusion esposide and the ER doc wanted to send her home. We refused. She was admitted for 3 days. The wait was ridiculous, and they had major issues with my mother's blood draw. This rating is for Dustin M. in the ER. He was able to get the blood and IV in one shot each. If not for him the review would not be as high.
