Everytime I call just for a basic question I'm on hold for at least 30-45 min before I can even ask anything.
Had the chance to meet the new FNP* – David Santellan. While it will take a while for us to get over Tracy Harris’ retirement … David was Great to interact with. Listened intently; asked clear to understand follow-up’s questions: Explained options & gave Clear instructions for our selected course of treatment. Highly recommend. Also, Monica at check-in (& volunteered to check me out when there was a back-up) was welcoming, friendly & helpful. * FNP = Family Nurse Practitioner.
