I do not return to that hospital, I prefer to go to smyrna or nashville, very bad experience with the man who is in x-rays. I hope that no one else has such a bad experience as the one I had

they misdiagnosed me! & half thr doctors and nurses were all training and didnt know wat they were doing. never will i go here again!

RecommendedMy grandson was seen in the ED today he is 6. The doctor was wonderful and so was the rest of the staff.
I've been to this hospital 3 times and every single time (all separate reasons and times) they have been unfriendly, and made me feel like a liar. Today I was all but called a liar, the doctor was horrible to me before even doing a single test on me to find out what the problem is! I left without treatment because I will NOT have someone be that disrespectful and rude to me without cause. slow in here. Dr sat at computer 30 mins with his hands on his head. waited 2 hrs and never seen and was only 1 other patient there.
Great service, great people, they took wonderful care of my son. It was a minor injury requiring stitches but everyone was so nice and professional from start to finish.
I had the need for emergency medical care and then was admitted. Every single person who cared for me in any way was wonderful. They were professional, compassionate, kind, and very efficient. I want to thank them all.
My 79 year old mother was in the emergency room last night, diagnosed with shingles. She was treated like a queen. Every single person who was involved in the process of taking care of her, was excellent. She left there, very satisfied with her visit.
