Love the doctors here. I do wish some of the reception staff would be more professional and respectful. That glass window isn’t a door and it’s not sound proof. ;)
Marshall Medical Associates and their staff are a complete joke. The have dismissed my family for rude behavior due to me questing Nina the billing clerk over in accurate charges. Furthermore, they are lacking when it comes to patient confidently. I over heard the office manager discussing private patient matters outside the room I was in, the Dr. came in to apologize and stated he was sorry I heard that. Awesome staff dr mark is the best gets his medical terminology done and then explains it to me to understand what is going on. Wouldn’t want any other dr but him.
I don't know what happened to my last review, but I want to try again. Marshall Medical was always good to me &my terminally ill husband. Dr Tom Dobbins treated him for years up until he died in 2010. I just found out Dr Tom died & I am DEVASTATED. Everyone there is fantastic, but Dr Tom was special. My heart is broken. RIP Dear Dr. Tom, & even though THANK YOU seems so little to say, THANK YOU! Tell Pete I said Howdy!
I walked in Saturday for blood to be drawn and only waited a few minutes!! I love it when you can get into the doctors office on Saturday if you have an appointment!!
