I’ve just experienced the worst 24 hours of my life. My dad was admitted into hospice care. I called Dana to understand how I was able to visit him and my mom. Dana was very unprofessional and uncaring. There was a difference between me visit my parents (I live in Texas 4 hours away) and my siblings who live out of state. I wouldn't leave a loved one here they have been nothing but rude and hateful, his room was always dirty I chose this place first because my dad use to be housekeeping there years ago until he had a car accident and could not work any longer , fast forward he has damentia and is very forgetful. he was only there 2 1/2 months they let him get outside twice and could have been killed and then they got rude about it . I would never send a loved here 0 star rating worst experience ever .

My grandmother went here after a hospital stay for rehab. Today was her last day there. Due to the Covid -19 pandemic we were not able to go see her. She has several medical conditions one of which she has to take meds to eliminate extra fluid from her body. well upon picking her up today she was so swollen she had to be admitted back in the hospital. I am livid that they would let this go on and not let the doctor know the extent of the swelling. I pray that the caretakers there never has to go in a facility like this and g... read more
Everyone’s afraid of “nursing home” but I will have to say you guys probably saved my mom. She’s been there a month and y’all have her walking better now than in last couple of years. I’ll admit I baby her too much but y’all marched her around and made her better than I could have. Thanks so much. I can’t remember names to thank each of you but I’m very thankful!!!
I strongly recommend Marshall Manor Nursing and Rehab to help recover from surgery and illness. The therapy department is excellent, as well as the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful in all departments.
This my home away from home. Work there and have for years. The residents are my family. All the staff put their heart into their jobs. Nothing will melt your heart more when you know you made their day with a simple hug to say we love you.
