Always rude and unprofessional over the phone, even when you go in person they look like they dont want to help you. The community I live in has a clubhouse and hasn't been in use for YEARS. Dues go up every year but nothing changes or improves. They sent out a letter that stated it will be ready by the end of 2024, the lady I spoke with said it will never be open and completely ignored my comment about the letter. As another reviewer said, dont purchase a home in any of the communities they "manage".
