I highly don’t recommend buying a home that this HOA Commission is over. They are very unprofessional and do not do anything for the community and rise your dues every year. I bought a home in one of their townhouse communities, they never did any community activities and when you call the office for information on something its always met with an attitude and makes you feel like you are bothering them..I am happy I was able to sell my townhome and move away from this HOA.. DONT MOVE UNDER THEM. Just a friendly warning!
This company lacks in actual property management. We are paying fees annually but can’t get the simplest requests handled for the overall betterment of the neighborhood.
At this very moment I am review records for a certified letter sent about a $5,000 delinquency claim. I have not gotten any calls, emails, or letters of this nature from Marshall Mgmt before now. I also have evidence of checks mailed to the Arizona address for YEARS. The money as left my accounts but somehow are not credited to my account. Marshall Mgmt has assessed me an insane amount of fees saying they were never paid. The company's practices are exactly why people despise HOAs.
Updated/ Edited on 6/15/24 - The representative from the HOA has responded to our comment below. Therefore, we are updating the rating until the requests are fulfilled for Woodridge neighborhood.
