Always rude and unprofessional over the phone, even when you go in person they look like they dont want to help you. The community I live in has a clubhouse and hasn't been in use for YEARS. Dues go up every year but nothing changes or improves. They sent out a letter that stated it will be ready by the end of 2024, the lady I spoke with said it will never be open and completely ignored my comment about the letter. As another reviewer said, dont purchase a home in any of the communities they "manage".
I am extremely dissatisfied with Marshall Managment. Their practices demonstrate a clear disregard for the residents' well-being and the community's best interests. Specifically, I have observed: * Unprofessional and rude behavior: Staff members consistently exhibit disrespectful and dismissive attitudes when addressing resident concerns. Great HOA Management team to work with. And I find that patience and communication are key. You do your part and they will do theirs. Always happy to see the team.
I highly don’t recommend buying a home that this HOA Commission is over. They are very unprofessional and do not do anything for the community and rise your dues every year. I bought a home in one of their townhouse communities, they never did any community activities and when you call the office for information on something its always met with an attitude and makes you feel like you are bothering them..I am happy I was able to sell my townhome and move away from this HOA.. DONT MOVE UNDER THEM. Just a friendly warning!
This company lacks in actual property management. We are paying fees annually but can’t get the simplest requests handled for the overall betterment of the neighborhood.
