If I could rate this HOA company with zero I would. The manager for Westhollow Villa in Houston, TX is very unprofessional, lacks knowledge of state property codes/city codes, and has no integrity whatsoever for surrounding residents. Residents of this community have a huge problem with street parking on a public street. This company's employees are rude. There is always a balance owned no matter what you do. Out of nowhere on a resale certificate money owned to a law firm showed up. He kept me on hold as if the conversation with the law firm was to create a bill. Unfortunately i have no trust in them because it is all about money and late fees that can never get a zero balance. My advice, keep good records because they don't

Marshall management company has shown a consistent disregard for our community’s governing documents and legal obligations. Their actions suggest a pattern of favoritism, discriminatory treatment, and a focus on extracting as much money as possible from homeowners rather than serving our best interests. Always rude and unprofessional over the phone, even when you go in person they look like they dont want to help you. The community I live in has a clubhouse and hasn't been in use for YEARS. Dues go up every year but nothing changes or improves. They sent out a letter that stated it will be ready by the end of 2024, the lady I spoke with said it will never be open and completely ignored my comment about the letter. As another reviewer said, dont purchase a home in any of the communities they "manage".
