Marshall's was supposed to call my elderly mom in the fall to get her sprinkler system switched over and shut off for the winter. They did not. Thankfully my mom's neighbor noticed that it was still running and called me (I live in another state) to get someone over there to take care of it. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication. If they couldn't come do it like they promised, they should have communicated that with us BEFORE things started freezing.
