I have been doing business with Marshall Landcaster and Associates for over 30 years. I have used other surveying companies on occasion but I always come back to Marshall Landcaster because of their professionalism, honesty, reliability and customer service. They have always done an outstanding job! They are always current on the latest technology in surveying which means better accuracy, time saving’s which in turn better prices. I would highly recommend Marshall Landcaster for all your surveying needs!!!

I have been doing this 40+ years. FDC is now 25 yrs old. Frank Dale Construction has used Marshall Lancaster for the vast majority of our profession surveying work for twenty + years. Outstanding firm, fantastic customer support - the main attribute is often with surveying, there is a glitch, a corner that doesn't close, a plat that doesn't match contract documents. These guys find an answer, they do not throw up their hands and dump the problem back on you. Highly recommended - five stars
