The team at Great Oaks are extremely thoughtful, calm and compassionate. I first noticed their attention to patient comfort on their intake forms where there were several fields to indicate how they could make you feel most comfortable during the visit. During the visit, they made accommodations to ensure that my x-rays were not painful because of my small mouth. Dr Cárter is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have known her for 8 years and the excellence level of her work only gets better. Her team is also amazing, so kind and careful, you do not notice you are having a dental treatment. Great Oaks Dentistry initials make the word GOD. Simply WOW! I received some unwanted news recently that my prior root canal had become infected and that I needed to have the tooth extracted and an implant placed. Besides getting over the initial shock, I had to find a dentist that could perform this for me as my current dentist is not in position for this. Loved Dr Carter and all the staff..Dr Carter was so gentle and explained everything to me.. I had a tooth extraction and a bone graft and had to have stitches.. I didn’t feel anything.. I loved the office music and dr Carter had a beautiful voice!! Thank you all and I had a scary but wonderful experience..❤️❤️❤️
Unfortunately a different experience from the other reviews. We asked this place to be honest about what charges we could expect from my insurance and instead of being patient they instead rushed us in with some half cooked information. Triple check your insurance and ask for the exact codes because this place runs very high bills for routine work! I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are wanting to pay A LOT more for the same basic service you receive from any other dentist office.
