Great place Marshall house was a great opportunity for my mother. She loved living there. The front door is locked at all times. There are laundry rooms on each floor. Everything was neat and clean. The office staff was always good to her. The offered organized activities and the internet in the group room
none While living at Marshall House Apartments I experienced many nice people....Also, Many nosey ones...If you like peace and solitude, it is beside a nice creek to sit by and most of the office staff is friendly...I would consider moving back and the only change would be to find a place for the seniors to meet without having to walk thru a gauntlet of questions before even making it to the elevators.

nice place to live, peaceful place to sit outside in the summer by the creek, would love to see a deck over the creek where you could sit and fish or just enjoy the sound of the creek, where people in wheelchairs could sit, have done a lot of nice things to update the property, and being close to town is nice to, love the small town,
