Ben was efficient and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the contract that I purchased for heating and air conditioning. I received my heater cleaning this past winter and just had my air conditioning system serviced. It is quite old and I was given a recommendation by Ben to purchase a part to keep it running to the best of it's ability. We have been customers of Marshall Home Comfort for over 30 years in two different homes. Their customer service is outstanding whether we have needed help with heating or air conditioning. For instance, our air conditioner broke on Tuesday, service rep arrived by the afternoon and new part was in place by Wednesday evening. Their technicians are professional, friendly and will call for help if they don't know the solution to a problem. Marshall Home Comfort is a company we enjoy dealing with every year!

We have been customers of Marshall Oil for many years. They have responded to emergencies very quickly ( thank God ) . We have them clean and tune up our heating system and cooling system. The technicians coming to the house are professional and they clean up when they are finished. Couldn't ask for a better service
