BUYER BEWARE. Behind our backs, they were planning to keep our truck instead of sending it back to Ford credit as promised, as it was a lease return. The big problem here is they take way too long to get work done. I dropped off on a Monday at 8 am and didn't hear from them until Thursday at lunch just to hear what the repairs would be. Then I didn't get it back until the following Wednesday morning for what was really just a minor repair/replacement in the turbo. You can't reach them by phone because their phones literally don't work (service department claims they have no idea about this but it was like this for at least a week) and they never call you back. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. I was charged full price for the vehicle instead of the agreed-upon amount, and several extra warranties were added without clear communication—especially knowing I was in a hurry at the time. Although I later canceled the warranty, I regret not returning the car the very next day when I first questioned the numbers.
