We are out-of-towners in a slight panic when our check engine light went off with a concerning error code at the begining of an 18hr trip. We called all the Toyota dealers around and no one could get us in today (some couldn't even get us in for a week!) until we called Marshall. They said no problem, come on in! They were very friendly and expedient in checking on the issue. Kaleb is great. Be weary of the “autopay plus” program as there is a $400 enrollment fee, that tommy did not bother to mention when explaining to me the “benefits” of the scam program.
