I have been calling since August of last year and Noone hardly answers at either location. When I finally get someone on the phone I explained them they need to bill my insurance which I updated at the time of service but noone at both locations seems to work! I have received the same bill over and over! Is your business still open or closed? Why noone answers? Summer Hogan's review is self serving and a conflict of interest to counter the one star review for Craig Marshall. As she stated, SHE WORKS THERE! Let's keep the reviews just for the patients and customers Summer. My one star is based upon my poor experience with this man who chose to double book my appointment and have his hygienist work only half the time needed to do a complete periodontal cleaning.
