Good and bad things about this place. 1 = Good: Dr. Paul McCloud is the only dentist I want to see. He is generous with you being comfortable and numb. He also has a wonderful sense of humor! 2 = Bad: Dr. Mai is a sadist. She does not like to numb you and will turn you away from a regular cleaning if you do not consent for X-Rays. I have walked in and heard grown adults wailing in pain because of her. I noped out of that appointment and rescheduled with Dr. Paul. I did have her once. Friendly and compassionate staff. The Dr there was very good. I thought their prices for services was fair. I was actually charged a little less than quoted.
SCAM ARTISTS!!! I called early in the morning to schedule a tooth extraction. Quoted me 150 for a simple and 250 for a surgical. I get there and they numb me. I told the Dr. I wasnt numb all the way and she did not care. Told me that It wasn't gonna get any number no matter what. She grabbed her extraction pliers and the tooth was out in 15 seconds. I go to pay and my bill was $350!!!! I said that my tooth was a simple extraction and the Dr. Said that just because she didn't cut into doesn't make it a surgical. She said the ... read more
I have been going to this office for years. I have found that they are a tremendous resource and they have been very professional. Excellent dental care! I have never been disappointed.
Worst dentist my wife and I have ever been too! Very unprofessional and uncaring hygienists. My wife's last two visits were awful. The first time, the hygienist was 45 minutes late and never apologized for being so late and the guy that ran the place said an inappropriate comment to her. But unwisely we rescheduled. This most recent time, my wife had a different hygienist and was taking forever because she was talking about herself the entire time.
