I hired Marshall & Co property management 3 years ago after firing another company. I could not be more satisfied with their services managing multiple properties of ours. Aime and Sarah have been wonderful helping us negotiate with contractors rates, emergency services, making sure properties look good and getting units rented fast. We are grateful to have them and highly recommend.
The leasing team for Marshall & Co Property Management, particularly Aime, have been exceptional. Aime is responsive and is able to delegate tasks to the rest of her team in a timely manner to support tenants in the building. I recommend Marshall & Co Property Management if you want to live in a building where you feel more at home and not just a number, as compared to other properties.
I rented a unit in Kentfield for 3 years. The few times I had issues, an email or call to Aime would ensure maintenance would be over in 24hrs or less and immediately fix the issue. The property was always well cared for and any common area problem (garbage, pool, parking) would always be addressed.
My son has rented an apartment at a Marshall & Co. property for roughly 20 years, and the management has been excellent and even caring throughout that long time. They're just terrific.
Love this company! Sarah gets things done! She actually answers when you call (a first for apartment management in my experience) and she sends workers to fix things that really FIX things instead of just tinkering and leaving it for the next guy. Thanks Sarah!!
