I have been a customer at Marshall since 2019, and although I have a GM dealer closer to my home, it's well worth the extra drive. The team here is terrific, and I trust them totally with my Terrain. My wife even takes her Jeep here, and she passes 2 other Jeep dealers on the way. They look after us like we are family. May sound corny but it's a totally authentic vibe. They let me use an empty cubicle to set up my PC and k.o. some work.while waiting - great wifi and great coffee. How could I not take my vehicles here, right?... read more
Marshall is super friendly, fast, courteous and easy to deal with. We love them!
I pulled into the bay and was immediately greeted by one of the staff. They were ready and waiting for the vehicle. Within no time, the young lady at the service desk told me my car was ready to go. They had a nice, albeit small, waiting area. It was spotless. There was free coffee and a TV. I sincerely wish we would have bought from here (instead of the clown show in Alton, with the jerk salesman), but live and learn. Marshall will 100% be on our radar for our next new car.
