Just bought the 2018 ford escape! I have been looking for a red one with specific characteristics for months and they had just the one I wanted with a great price! TJ and Josh were very helpful and quick (especially because I was impatient haha). Will definitely go through them again!!
First off: I would give them a negative review not even worth one star. They are only about the money, NOT by anything they say by word of mouth. I tried to confront the owner about selling the vehicle out from my sister after we made a deal, he hung up on us more than once! Not impressed.
If I could give zero Stars I would... My sister made a deal with these guys and sent them all the information that they needed to start the process of selling the car. We said we would take it agreed upon a price. They never asked for a down payment so we didn't think anything of it. Then they sold the car out from underneath us to someone else and said we didn't put a down payment down which they never asked for... Not real impressed. They also did not try to get a hold of us before they sold it to someone else..very upset ... read more
We had great help Trent. Gave him budget and likings and he responded quickly with some good choices. We made a good choice on coming back to Marshall auto exchange… we definitely recommend on anyone looking for an auto.
They were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Made it feel more like a family environment than a business.
