I don't leave reviews often, so when I do it's because the company did exactly what they said they'd do, or they went above and beyond. We hit a deer with my Rivian on Mother's Day. Marshall is the only Rivian Certified shop that I could find in Wisconsin. The vehicle was picked up 2 days after the incident. They kept me informed and had a great app to watch the progress on the truck. They worked closely with Progressive to get the work approved. Fantastic experience with this business! Nick and the team were amazing at solving our problem with our new Tesla. We purchased a new model 3 and had a door figment issue. We had initially took it to the Tesla service center to get it adjusted under warranty (brand new car). Tesla service was either unwilling or unable to make the adjustment and just said everything was within spec. We are thankful for Marshall Auto Body’s experience to get the issue resolved in a timely manner with such excellent quality results.
