Excellent martial arts school full of integrity and skill. Sifu Thornton is a commendable instructor and many families place all their kids there for training. Year after year you see these kids grow into fledging martial artists full of discipline and skills brought about by hard work and great training. Highly recommended for its authenticity and values, as well as the long term benefits of traditional martial arts training
We have been part of San Rafael Martial Arts for 5 years. My daughter has gone from not being able to focus to one of the role models in her school. My son has gone from being an unruly rascal to a good listener in life. I love how Sifu Thornton gives instructions with inspiring patience and understanding. He also encourages us to be ourselves, providing opportunities for us to showcase our skills at regional and international tournaments.
