The clinic and all its staff should hold seminars on the care they give to our furry kids and the furry kids families--I breath a huge sigh of relief the minute I`m through the door, knowing that which ever cat is having problems at the moment will be treated with the utmost skill and kindness--and, I will be treated with warmth and kindness immediately as I enter the clinic.
