My time at this place unwillingly went on for way too long. Hey, what can I say it takes time to find a good company with real pay to work for. Let me just start off by saying that management is horrible, HR is a joke, and professionalism is not even on the radar. The roles that could actually lead to somewhere are given to certain individuals and the rest are put in dead-end positions with practically no pay. Their equipment is built more complicated than it needs to be, the parts are incredibly expensive, and tech support is the worst I've ever dealt with. Scammers provide a better experience. If you own this equipment and it breaks, you will legitimately be better off calling a crackhead than you would be calling their tech support.
The products aren’t great… the customer service is somehow even worse.
