Bad service
The customer service is utterly the worst. There is no loyal customer service, just run around as if they’ll provide a solution to the problem you call in for. It’s not their equipment so they could careless and it shows
My time at this place unwillingly went on for way too long. Hey, what can I say it takes time to find a good company with real pay to work for. Let me just start off by saying that management is horrible, HR is a joke, and professionalism is not even on the radar. The roles that could actually lead to somewhere are given to certain individuals and the rest are put in dead-end positions with practically no pay.
