***REVISED REVIEW *** In my opinion, doctors are supposed to help patients get better and do what they can to relieve their symptoms, discomfort and pain. I made an appointment for a Cortisone shot in my thumb because the pain was unlike anything I have ever experienced before and nothing I did was relieving the pain. I made an appointment with Doctor Kuremsky. I showed up to the appointment 10 minutes early and the receptionist said I wasn’t on the schedule and to go sit near the entrance to the examining rooms. Being from New York, I had access to some of the best hospitals and doctors in the world. Growing up my sister's disease required surgery every two years, so we were at a major hospital in Manhattan frequently, so I am very familiar/experienced with the care and professionalism of medical personnel. I recently visited Dr. Kuremsky for pain in both my hands. My review is as follows... 1. He was very personable 2. Explained the x-rays in detail 3. New patient. No in-depth explanation of how the hand grows and what can cause the joint to appear like my hand is. I don’t even know what to call it because he didn’t explain anything to me, I feel lost because I don’t know what is truly wrong with my joint other than arthritis.
