My name is Linda Fliehman. Marshall outdoors did wonderful tree removal cleaned area up really nice Last year we ask Marshall estimate on doing our back yard he gave us estimate we gave him down payment to do. It was so dry last summer we ask him to wait until this spring. We had well water at that time We have been trying to get a hold of Marshall for several weeks he doesn’t answer calls or return our calls. I am changing my review after recent lack of response. They won’t answer texts, emails or calls after they received my deposit. I am filing charges against the company and placing a lien on them. See you in court.
A picture tells a thousand words. Hired Marshall’s Outdoor for a simple paver and stone project, but shortcuts were taken with depth, materials, and craftsmanship. Reached out three times with no response. Their motto says “no shortcuts” and “quality guaranteed,” but neither happened. Contacted three times to remedy and correct work that was completed. No communication and disappointing results. Based on our experience we would not recommend or use this company in the future.
Marshals showed up quicker than expected, did a great job removing 3 large trees and cleaning them up after. Out of three estimates they were by far the best price.
Marshals did an outstanding job rebuilding our retaining walls and building a new one. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were polite and friendly and kept us informed the entire time. They were careful with the lawn and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
