I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional person in my life. There’s an infinite number of reasons why I would absolutely NOT recommend ever having Marsha as your landlord. -There was no working heat. We tried to tell Marsha this multiple times, we told her that the top floor was incredibly hot to the point that you couldn’t even wear a shirt to be comfortable and the bottom floor was freezing to the point that it was below the temperature regulations of MA tenant laws.
