Worst experience with a provider office ever. Filled with frustration, headaches and being placed on constant hold on phone since they can't place correct order to wherever they refer, nor bother to communicate with the hospital to resolve. Will never return as CARE doesn't apply here.
Booked an appointment 3 months in advance explained the insurance I had and the service I was coming in for. Instead of telling me she couldn’t see me, she allowed me to come in the office pay $175.00 just to tell me she doesn’t take my insurance but still had to pay for something they could have said by phone 3 months ago or before me waiting an hr to be seen. Waste of time and money
I am a new patient. Consultation and treatment 3 weeks ago. I cannot say enough about Dr. Gorens. I feel amazing!! She TAKES HER TIME to educate you and encourages you to do your own research! What MD gives you literature?! I will be a forever patient. I feel I have a medical provider and partner not just a physician that provides cookie cutter medicine. I’m telling everyone I know just go for a consultation…READ! Educate yourself!! You will not regret it.
