Marsha Jackson has been an incredible advocate for me during one of the most difficult times of my life. She is thoughtful, thorough, and deeply committed to her clients. She took the time to understand a complex situation, explained every step clearly, and made sure I always felt informed and supported. I’m grateful for her guidance and steady presence, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer who truly cares.
Called looking to retain an attorney to help with a custody case. Marsha seemed annoyed and unconcerned while discussing my situation. I explained that we currently have the child and there is no parenting plan or custody agreement. We are needing to establish legal custody to prevent the other parent from taking the child and moving them out of town/state. She stated to just keep the child away from the other parent and not answer the door when/if they show up. I will not be hiring Marsha.
Marsha Jackson is by far the worst defense attorney I've ever dealt with. She ignores evidence and sides with the courts over her own clients. If I could give zero stars I would.
