Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did your eye exam hurt at all? No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
