I'm so glad that I decided to work with Marsha when trying to buy a house from out of state. It could have been a total nightmare, but Marsha was always on top of it. I can't express enough how appreciative I am to Marsha for helping me buy my home. My situation required me to wait several months before down payment funds were released to me and available to make the purchase. Marsha convinced the sellers to take a chance on me and rent the property to me until everything cleared up. This meant that she didn't get a commission until the closing took place 10 months later!
