Only been here a few months. Traffic is turrible- but that’s on JZI and Charleston County. Pool, drag my yak to a creek in 30 steps or less. Nice view. Can be a tetch noisy - but I actually love listening to the trains off in the distance…
Trashy neighborhood. Poor pathetic construction. All the roofs leak. People can’t sell fast enough as HOA/Insurance almost $$$$ a month. Fees keep rising. Traffic a nightmare, they will Tow anyone’s car to have a revenue stream. Be warned.
