Agreed! How weird that the BOLT family put my last name. Funny because their grandchild.. never met.
They told their insured that they paid for repairs to my car, and for my time off and enough money to cover a rental so I could work again and enough to pay any medical bills when in fact they didn't pay enough to repair the car and the body shop had to send Marsh an additional bill for short fall so they would release our car.
