Unresponsive I worked with an agent for a couple weeks to get quotes on approx. a dozen different policies we needed. Once I was given the quotes, I met with the agent and vice president in person to go over everything. There were a couple things that needed to be corrected and the agent promised to have the revised quotes to me in 2 days. I hadn't heard from the agent after a week and so I left a voice mail.
