I live at Salem Village Apartments - There is a city sewage project happening 20 feet below my apartment, machinery running 24 hours a day. The city has informed me that Marsh was WELL AWARE of the disruptions to residents and decided to ignore it, not communicate it at all! I was enticed to rent a More expensive unit than I was originally looking at that backed up to a creek with tons of trees. That lasted all of a month, the city came in & tore 80% of them down.
