My husband took in his Mikita 36 Volt rotary hammer tool to be fixed. They kept it for 3 days only to call back and said it would take $398 to fix it. They said they would scrap it for free, but if we wanted it back we had to pay $25. So he paid and got it back - the tool was in pieces in a box, we didn't even know if it was all there! After watching a few YouTube videos, my husband figured out what was wrong - a Broken wire off trigger. It took 1 minute and a soldering iron to fix it.
